The look and feel created was a clean, modern looking card game that would be timeless. The cards were designed to be visually consistent across the categories, while also being easy to read. The concept design for the box references Cards Against Humanity, as well as being simple and including the category icons in the background pattern.

Each of the four categories also includes a Quarantini Card, which is a variant on the classic ‘Kings Cup’ drinking game, where each person who gets the Quarantini Card tops up the ‘quarantini’ glass in the middle. The person to pick up the 4th Quarantini Card has to drink the mixed concoction, which is a fitting end to the game version of 2020.
